Armed
Forces Canteen Council is a self-supporting wing of the
Ministry of Defence. Its brief is to run the retail
operations under the Hotshots branding to supply goods
to Armed Forces staff. In 2004 the AFCC went to the
market for a replacement for their ageing DOS program.
Brian
Fleming, IT/HR Manager for AFCC says:
